GCA’s Reed commits to IWU
Izzy Reed, a rising senior at Greenwood Christian and the Daily Journal Player of the Year this past winter, has made a verbal commitment to play at Indiana Wesleyan University beginning in the fall of 2021.
Reed averaged a state-best 15.3 rebounds per game last year in leading the Cougars to the school’s first regional title in any sport. She also paced the team with 23.8 points, 4.4 assists and 2.5 steals per game.
