Criminal mischief

• 1001 Hurricane St., Henry Street Steel: A man reported at 2:44 p.m. Wednesday that someone painted on panels on top of the roof.
• 1020 block of Ross Court: A woman reported at 12:17 p.m. Tuesday that someone had damaged her vehicle.

Fraud

3090 block of N. Morton St.: A man reported at 3 p.m. Tuesday that he applied for a loan through the internet and found out the company was fraudulent. 

Personal-injury accidents

• 6:39 p.m. Tuesday – Duane St. and Kentucky St. Elizabeth Billeaudeaux, 28, Indianapolis. Billeaudeaux reported having a contusion/bruise and pain to her head.
• 2:11 p.m. Tuesday – U.S. 31 and Main St. Kamden Whitfield, 16, Franklin. Whitfield reported having minor bleeding and pain to his head.

Property-damage accidents

• 3:39 p.m. Wednesday – State Road 44 and Bartram Parkway
• 8:50 p.m. Tuesday – U.S. 31 and Mallory Parkway
• 8:09 p.m. Tuesday – 1724 Franklin Place Court
• 1:53 p.m. Tuesday – U.S. 31 and Jefferson St.

Thefts

• 1880 block of Lakeside Drive: A man reported at 6:42 p.m. Wednesday that his friend stole his laptop and vehicle.
• 986 N. Morton St., Sherwin Williams: A loss prevention manager reported at 4 p.m. Tuesday that an employee had stolen money from the store.

Personal-injury accident

4:57 p.m. Friday – County Line Road and Madison Ave. Matthew Hohman, 54, Greenwood. Hohman reported having pain over his entire body.

• 12:15 p.m. Tuesday – U.S. 31 S. and Stop 18 Road

Thefts

• 4190 block of Rolling Trails Road, Greenwood: A man reported at 10:22 a.m. Wednesday that his truck was stole.
• 150 block of Main St., Franklin: A woman reported at 9:56 a.m. Wednesday that her two kayaks were stolen from the boat ramp access on River Road.

Cori Thayer, 43, 6106 Evelyn Ave., Franklin; arrested on a charge of probation violation; held without bond.

Zane Ezra Smith, 24, 6406 Pinebark Place, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of possession of cocaine or narcotic drug; released on $1,200 bond.

Tamara Michelle Williams, 29, 298 Terre Haute St., Franklin; arrested on an out of state warrant; held without bond.

Tristan V. Santos, 20, 3044 Rosewood Lane, Columbus; arrested on bench warrant; held on $10,000 bond.

Farris Joan Nicole Ryan, 28, 3923 Peoga Road, Trafalgar; arrested on charges of restricted use of a drug injection device and unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle; held on $2,200 bond.

Jeremi K. Wilkins, 38, 4650 N. Richard St., Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held without bond.

Carlos J. Morales-Lopez, 44, 269 Parkview Ave., Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of habitual traffic violator; held on $1,000 bond.

Joshua Edwin Spencer, 25, 5237 S. Illinois St., Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of probation violation; held without bond.
