E. King St. and Eastview Drive: A man from the Franklin Parks and Recreation reported at 8:46 a.m. Thursday that sometime overnight damage to some flowers and lights on the walking trail occurred.

Thefts
- 390 Branigin Blvd., Franklin pool: A woman reported at 3:02 p.m. Thursday that someone had stole her cell phone and debit card from her purse.
- 390 Branigin Blvd., Franklin pool: A woman reported at 2:41 p.m. Thursday that someone had stole her daughters cell phone, sandals and wallet.
- 211 Commerce Drive, Interchurch Food Pantry: A man reported at 11:26 p.m. Thursday that a catalytic converter had been stolen from a box truck.

- 720 block of Wooddale Terrace: Reported at 12:09 a.m. Friday that a fraud had occurred.
- 1220 block of Apryl Drive: Reported at 7:37 p.m. Thursday that an internet scam had occurred.
Thefts
- 270 Marlin Drive, Texas Roadhouse: Reported at 8:24 p.m. Thursday a vehicle was stolen.
- 1800 block of Feather Reed Lane: Reported at 4:55 p.m. Thursday that a theft had occurred.
