Washington St., Greenwood License branch: A woman reported at 11:09 a.m. Wednesday that her deceased father’s girlfriend forged a title with her name on it and gain possession of a vehicle.</p><p><strong>Personal-injury accident</strong></p><p>4:32 p.m. Wednesday – Worthsville Road and Autumnwood Drive. Joseph Fisher, 72, Greenwood. Fisher reported having pain in his chest. Melissa Butler, 37, Whiteland.
