349 S. Washington St., Greenwood License branch: A woman reported at 11:09 a.m. Wednesday that her deceased father’s girlfriend forged a title with her name on it and gain possession of a vehicle.

4:32 p.m. Wednesday – Worthsville Road and Autumnwood Drive. Joseph Fisher, 72, Greenwood. Fisher reported having pain in his chest. Melissa Butler, 37, Whiteland. Butler reported having pain in her chest.

- 385 block of Oak Brooke Lane: Reported at 6:10 p.m. Wednesday a theft from a vehicle had occurred.
- 1300 block of Old Market Square: Reported at 11 a.m. Wednesday a vehicle theft from overnight had occurred.
- 710 block of Adagio Drive: Reported at 9:13 a.m. Wednesday that someone entered their unlocked vehicle and stole loose change.
- 1281 S. Park Drive, La Quinta Inn: A man reported at 7:22 a.m. Wednesday that someone took a tool box and chop saw from the bed of his truck.
- 420 block of Downing Drive: Reported at 7:07 a.m. Wednesday that a theft had occurred.
