<p>A fire broke out early Thursday morning inside a nail salon at a Greenwood strip mall. </p><p>The Greenwood Fire Department responded about 5 a.m. to a report of a building fire at Greenwood Centre, 707 S. Madison Ave., in Greenwood, according to a news release. </p><p>When they arrived, crews saw smoke coming from the building, and located a fire in the storage room at LNC Nails. The fire was contained to the nail salon, and was extinguished in about 15 minutes, the news release said. Bargersville, Franklin and White River Township fire departments also responded. </p><p>There were no injuries, and a damage assessment was not available Thursday.
