<p><strong>Franklin</strong></p><p><strong>Criminal mischief</strong></p><p>300 Ohio St., First Separate Baptist Church: A woman reported at 9:27 a.m. Thursday that a railing had been vandalized overnight.</p><p><strong>Thefts</strong></p><p><ul><li>2219 N. Morton St., Lowe’s: A manager reported at 8:14 p.m. Thursday that a man exited the store with several tools he did not pay for, threw the tools in the bed of his truck and left. </li><li>880 block of Glendale Drive: Reported at 5:23 p.m. Thursday that a theft had occurred.</li><li>1030 block of Jefferson St.: A man reported at 1:58 p.m. Thursday that he had a company iPad stolen out of the front seat of his unlocked vehicle.</li></ul></p><p><strong>Greenwood</strong></p><p><strong>Burglary</strong></p><p>5 block of Middle St.: Reported at 9:45 a.m. Thursday that a burglary had occurred.</p><p><strong>Fraud</strong></p><p>1020 block of Heatherwood Drive: A woman reported at 3:15 p.m. Thursday that someone opened a Sprint account using her information and made a purchase over $1,400. </p><p><strong>Thefts</strong></p><p><ul><li>890 block of Starflower Trace: Reported at 3:28 p.m. Thursday that a theft had occurred.</li><li>1251 N. U.S. 31, Macy’s: Reported at 3:19 p.m. Thursday that two people were arrested for theft.</li><li>1251 N.
