<p>Girls golf</p><p><strong>Trojans win top-10 showdown</strong></p><p>Down a pair of starters, Center Grove still got the better of No. 6 Columbus North and No. 9 Franklin at The Legends on Tuesday, riding a 33 from Meg Fosnot to victory.</p><p>The fifth-ranked Trojans finished with a team total of 146, good enough to beat the Bull Dogs by nine. Abby Rich (36), Lauren Pagel (38) and Haidyn Brooks (39) rounded out the scoring.</p><p><strong>Lancers, Braves fall short</strong></p><p>Edinburgh and Indian Creek lost a three-way match with Southwestern at Timbergate. Morgan Calhoun and Annelise Lollar led the runner-up Lancers with scores of 45 and 48, respectively. The Braves’ Hannah Emenhiser was the overall medalist with a 45.</p><p><strong>Cougars claim narrow victory</strong></p><p>Ashtyn Witte carded a 47 and freshman Emily Heldman added a 50 to help Greenwood Christian edge Covenant Christian, 214-216, at Smock on Tuesday.</p><p>Girls soccer</p><p><strong>Woodmen dominate Herron</strong></p><p>Emily Metzger scored three goals and assisted on another to help power Greenwood to a comfortable 6-0 win against visiting Herron on Tuesday. Tori Graber, Alonna Magness and Giselle Andrade added single goals for the Woodmen (5-2), who also got three assists from Josie Ochsner.</p><p>Boys soccer</p><p><strong>Panthers drop Cougars</strong></p><p>John Amador scored on a free kick, but it wasn’t enough for Class A No. 6 Greenwood Christian in an 8-1 setback against fifth-ranked Park Tudor on Tuesday evening.</p><p>Volleyball</p><p><strong>Trojans sweep Panthers</strong></p><p>Center Grove coasted to a 25-8, 25-18, 25-8 home win over North Central on Tuesday. Katie Egenolf had 19 kills and 14 digs for the Trojans (7-6, 3-0 MIC), while Grace Boggess contributed 14 kills and eight blocks. Jenna Otto had 42 assists and three service aces; Rylie McMahen pulled up 22 digs.</p><p><strong>Lancers fall to Spartans</strong></p><p>Edinburgh lost a three-set match with Southwestern on Tuesday, 25-14, 25-23, 25-16.</p><p><strong>Roncalli sweeps Ritter</strong></p><p>Olivia Murphy finished with 14 kills in Roncalli’s 25-18, 25-19, 25-16 victory over Cardinal Ritter on Tuesday.</p>
