1700 Northwood Plaza Drive, Hobby Lobby: An employee reported at 11:16 a.m. Wednesday that a man had written a fraudulent check at the store.

Hit and Run

1139 N. Morton St., McDonald’s: Employees reported at 1:23 a.m. Thursday that a man come through the drive-thru, hit a sign and the left.

Property-damage accidents

  • 12:28 p.m. Wednesday – U.S. 31 and Schoolhouse Road
  • 7:32 a.m. Wednesday – 2080 E. King St.

Thefts

  • 1560 block of Lochry Road: A man reported at 10:05 p.m. Wednesday that his bicycle had been stolen.
  • 2390 N. Morton St., Meijer: A man reported at 3:07 p.m. Wednesday the theft of a catalytic converter from his box truck.

Personal-injury accidents

  • 2:47 a.m. Thursday – E. Main St. and Commerce Parkway W. Drive. Alexus Robbins, 22, Franklin. Robbins reported having pain and injury to her entire body.
  • 9:05 p.m. Tuesday – State Road 135 N. and Smokey Row Road. Rhonda Orth, 63, Bargersville. Orth reported having pain and injury to her chest.
  • 8:40 a.m. Tuesday – I-65 N. and Main St. Kandi Kaiser, 64, Bargersville. Kaiser reported having pain and injury to her chest.

40 block of Tarry Court, Greenwood: A woman reported at 12:24 p.m. Wednesday that she had been a victim of a scam.

11:13 p.m. Wednesday – County Road 50 E. and State Road 44, Franklin

Thefts

  • 1740 block of Morgantown Road, Greenwood: A woman reported at 2:22 p.m. Wednesday that she mailed a check to her church, it was cashed at an unknown location and she believes the check was stolen from the church.
  • 4780 block of Silver Springs Drive, Greenwood: A man reported at 9:49 a.m. Wednesday that someone entered his unlocked vehicle, stole a gun, iPhone and two credit cards.

The following people were recently arrested and booked into the Johnson County jail:

John David George Fluhr, 23, 421 W. State St. Fortville; arrested on a charge of probation violation; held on $500 bond.

Lisa Rees, 37, 4913 W. Beecher, Indianapolis; arrested on warrants for failure to appear in court; held without bond.

Travis A. Fowler, 29, 8440 Crawfordsville Road, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of probation violation; held without bond.

Alfred Jones Jr., 44, 3025 W. Walnut St., Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court and a charge of probation violation; held without bond.

Adam Nicholas Gaskins, 27, 4603 W. Compton Drive, Edinburgh; arrested on charges of possession of paraphernalia, methamphetamine and possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle; held on $3,400 bond.

Brandon Rashawn Long, 34, 1109 Wyoming St., Gary; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held on $1,200 bond.

Christopher S. Hernandez, 36, 2414 Union St., Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held on $500 bond.

The following people were recently arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and booked into the Johnson County jail:

Anthony James Lee Richardson, 37, 347 N. Greenbriar Drive, Greenwood; also arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia; held on $2,000 bond.

Landon Joel Smith, 22, 923 Kings Mill Road, Apt. 249, Greenwood; held on $1,000 bond.

Greg A. Ball, 42, 8034 Winchester Place, Indianapolis; also arrested on a charge of habitual traffic violator; held on $2,200 bond.
