BARGERSVILLE, INDIANA
Stephen Michael Jastraub Jr., 81, of Bargersville passed away onFriday, September 18, 2020.Stephen was born September 28, 1938, in Barberton, Ohio to the late Stephen and Marie Jastraub.
Stephen was preceded in death by his sister, Marguerite Johnson, and son, Michael Jastraub.
He is survived by his wife, Joann Carlton, his lifelong companion; sister, Cathy (Joe) Andris; daughter, Terrie (Chris) Hedeen; son, David Jastraub; grandchildren, Nathan (Casey) Hedeen, Ethan (Sarah) Hedeen, Chloe (Jared) Badger, Evan Jastraub; great grandchildren, Kellan Hedeen,Penelope Hedeen, Cameron Hedeen, and Zoey Hedeen.
Stephen was a veteran of the United States Marines with a 47 year career in Retail Management including Woolworth/Woolco, Target, and Big Lots.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Frances & Clare Roman Catholic Church.
A funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, September 24, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at Jessen Funeral Home ~ Whiteland Chapel. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until the funeral hour.
