<p><strong>Franklin</strong></p><p><strong>Fraud</strong></p><p><ul><li>2050 block of Fairway Lakes Drive: A woman reported at 11:59 a.m. Wednesday that an unknown person had contacted her mother and attempted to get her to pay $8,000 to bail her grandson out of jail, even though he had not been arrested.</li><li>1850 block of Lochry Road: A woman reported at 9:19 a.m. Wednesday that someone had deposited a check in her account and it was not her.</li></ul></p><p>Hit and Run</p><p>N. Morton St. and W. Adams St.: A woman reported at 10:56 a.m. Wednesday that a white van had side swiped her vehicle and continued southbound on N. Morton St.</li><li>10:56 a.m. Wednesday – U.S. 31 and Adams St.</li></ul></p><p><strong>Thefts</strong></p><p><ul><li>396 Branigin Blvd., Franklin Parks and Rec: A man reported at 7:56 p.m. Wednesday that someone broke into his unlocked vehicle, stole his cell phone and wallet while he was inside the building. </li><li>1540 N. Morton St., Tractor Supply: A manager reported at 5:29 p.m. Wednesday that a man stole a generator from the store and fled in a truck driven by a woman.</li><li>100 W. I, Greenwood; arrested on charges of violation of community corrections, obstructing prescription drug delivery, prescription fraud, theft and possession of controlled substance-schedule I, II, III, IV, V; bond information unavailable.</p><p>Jenna Louise Billingsley, 32, 1517 Wallace St., Indianapolis; arrested on charges of possession of stolen property, possession of controlled substance-schedule I, II, III, IV, V, possession of hypodermic syringe or needle, paraphernalia, cocaine or narcotic drug and dealing marijuana/hashish/salvia; held on $8,700 bond.</p><p>Joseph Lal Ding, 31, 2135 Gilbert Ave., Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of violation of community corrections; held without bond.</p><p>Anthony L. Allen, 53, 289 Neff Road, Liberty, Kentucky; arrested on charges of public intoxication by alcohol/drugs, probation violation and an out of state warrant; held without bond.</p><p>Britnee A. Ebeyer, 31, 1300 Jesse Court, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of probation violation; held without bond.</p><p>Antonio Depriest Gary, 33, 3038 W. County Road 850 S., Bunker Hill; arrested on an out of county warrant; held without bond.</p><p>John Robert Rader, 44, 26 E. Roszell Drive, Nineveh; arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle and driving while suspended with prior suspension; held on $3,400 bond.</p><p>Elizabeth A Voils, 29, 9079 N. Carmel Ridge Road, Morgantown; arrested on charges of possession of stolen property and battery; held on $2,000 bond.</p><p><strong>The following people were recently arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and booked into the Johnson County jail:</strong></p><p>Isiah Michael Stitt, 21, 213 Harrell Drive, Edinburgh; also arrested on charges of possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia; held on $3,000 bond.</p><p>Joshua Lamon Rule, 34, 84 S. 9th Ave., Beech Grove; also arrested on a charge of leaving the scene of a crash; held on $2,000 bond.</p>
