A portion of Nineveh Road will be closed for a few days while crews replace a pipe.
The section of the road between Beech Tree Road and County Road 750 S. will be closed to all traffic from 7 a.m. today to late afternoon Thursday. Crews will work during those days to replace two culverts under the road, according to a news release from the Johnson County Highway Department.
Access will be allowed for residents in the area. Local and emergency traffic can access Nineveh Road north and south of the site by using the signed detour on Beech Tree Road, Sweetwater Trail, and County Roads 250 W., 750 S. and 775 S., the news release said.
