Fraud

11 N. Morton St., CVS: A man reported at 6:52 p.m. Tuesday that he received a call from a person claiming to be with the social security department saying his social security number was linked to money laundering and drug activity and he need to purchase gift cards or a warrant would be put out for his arrest.

Hit and Runs

• 1070 W. Jefferson St.: A woman reported at 11:24 p.m. Tuesday that she noticed the passenger side front door and fender of her vehicle had been damaged while she was at work.
• 2239 N. Morton St., Dollar Tree: A woman reported at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday that when she returned to her vehicle she noticed that another vehicle had struck her front right fender and bumper.
• 800 Freemason Parkway: A woman reported at 1:32 p.m. Tuesday that she went to lunch and when she returned she observed damage to the front passenger side of her vehicle.

Personal-injury accident

1:16 p.m. Tuesday – 200 Paris Drive. Willie Holmes, 59, Franklin. Holmes reported having pain and injury to his shoulder/upper arm.

2600 block of Grand Fir Drive: A woman reported at 4:52 p.m. Tuesday that someone threw eggs and a full coke bottle into her yard.

• 1180 Wilson Drive, Holiday Inn Express area: Reported at 10:17 a.m. Tuesday a theft from an unlock truck occurred overnight.

• 1700 E. block of County Road 500 N., Whiteland: A man reported at 12:09 p.m. Monday that someone entered his unlocked vehicle, took his backpack with a wallet and several other items in it.
