Sarah "Marie" (Kingery) Jones 92 of Franklin, IN passed away Sunday October 11, 2020 at the Indiana Masonic Home at Compass Park in Franklin, IN. She was born April 16, 1928 in Red Bowling Springs, TN to William Roscoe Kingery and Evie (King) Kingery. She had been a private health care provider and previously had worked at the Indiana Masonic Home and the Varynit Mills Garment Factory in Franklin. Survivors include her three sons Robbie L. Jones of Franklin, IN, Ron W. Jones (Lynn) of Franklin, IN and Randy W. Jones (fianc? Karen Jordan) of Franklin, IN, three grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother William Bethel "Beck" Kingery, half-brothers Carl Kingery, Marvin Kingery, Lee Kingery, sisters Margaret Estell Swindle, Lucy Mae McCall, half-sister Vesty Kingery, and former spouse Homer Jones. The family will receive friends on Friday, October 16, 2020 from 5PM until 7PM at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center 300 South U.S. 31 (Morton Street) in Franklin, IN. Inurnment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, IN. Due to COVID-19 mandates facial coverings or mask are required for those attending.
