Jarrah Magnolia Guinnup, age 12, died on Monday, October 19, 2020. She was born on September 10, 2008 in Franklin, Indiana.

Jarrah attended Franklin Community Middle School. She had been active in the student council and the drama club at Custer Baker Intermediate School. She was a former member of the Franklin Community Color Guard, Indiana Gymnastics Center, and Style Dance Academy. She was very involved with Girl Scouts. She entered the program as a Brownie and bridged to both Junior and Cadet levels in Troop #2805.

She leaves behind her parents, Jacob T. Guinnup and Jaclyn R. Houser; sister, Jazilyn Marley Guinnup; grandmother, Susan Rush; grandparents, Jeffrey and Karen Houser; grandmother, Alisa Guinnup; grandparents, Stephen and Jan Guinnup; aunt, Kylie Houser and uncles, Levi Guinnup, Kaleb (Jaime) Guinnup and Evan Houser. Countless cousins and friends will also cherish her memory. She was preceded in death by an uncle, Trevor Guinnup; grandparent Randy Rush; great-grandparents, Mary Sue Houser, Harley Houser, Robert Jackson, Elizabeth Carver, Helen Guinnup.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 28 from 5:00 p.m. until time of the service at 7:00 p.m. at Grace United Methodist Church, 1300 E. Adams Dr., Franklin, IN. Celebrant Barbara Milton officiating. Memorial donations in memory of Jarrah can be made to the Society for the Prevention of Teen Suicide (SPTS). Envelopes will be available at the church.
