1570 block of Franklin Place Court: A woman reported at 1:36 p.m. Friday that someone placed two nails in her drivers side rear tire and believes she knows who may be a suspect.
Hit and Run
2801 N. Morton St., Police Department: A man reported at 6:28 p.m. Friday that when he pulled on to South Street, then stopped at a stoplight, a young girl in a blue car hit his bumper and took off.
