Thefts

• 970 N. Morton St., Kroger Marketplace: A man reported at 6:52 p.m. Monday that he lost his wallet at the store and before he realized it was missing, someone had made several charges on his bank account. 
• 870 block of Fieldstone Drive: A woman reported at 4:13 p.m. Monday that she noticed that her license plate on her vehicle was missing.
• 1050 N. Morton St., Shoe Encore: A woman reported at 4:10 p.m. Monday that another woman had taken her money and phone from her zipped purse while she was shopping.
• 333 E. Jefferson St., Franklin Liquor Store: A cashier reported at 3:06 p.m. Monday that a man walked out of the store with two liquor bottles and fled in a vehicle with two women.

Cory Allen Pond, 37, 5315 Sweetwater Drive, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of probation violation; held without bond.
