Graham Road: Reported at 3:18 a.m. Thursday that a hit and run had occurred.</p><p>Identity Theft</p><p><ul><li>1930 block of Morning Light Lane: Reported at 1:56 p.m. Wednesday that identity theft had occurred.</li><li>730 block of Lindenwood Drive: Reported at 10:13 a.m. Thursday that identity theft had occurred.</li></ul></p><p><strong>Thefts</strong></p><p><ul><li>150 block of N. State Road 135: Reported at 3:09 p.m. Wednesday that a theft had occurred.</li><li>60 block of Larimar Way: Reported at 10:09 a.m. Wednesday that a theft had occurred.</li></ul></p><p><strong>Johnson County</strong></p><p><strong>Personal-injury accidents</strong></p><p><ul><li>8:51 p.m. Wednesday – County Line Road and Combs Road, Greenwood. David Garcia, 41, Indianapolis. Garcia reported having fracture/dislocation to his knee/lower leg/foot.</li><li>2:06 p.m. Wednesday – Graham Road and County Road 400 N., Franklin. Sandra Pavey, 74, Nineveh. Madison Ave., Apt. A, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of bond forfeiture; held without bond.</p><p>Randy H. Smith, 64, 4841 Squire Drive, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of driving while suspended with prior suspension; held on $300 bond.</p><p>Dillon James Wilson, 28, 4049 Fairoaks Court, Franklin; arrested on a charge of violation of community corrections; held without bond.</p><p>Christopher Lee Mars, 35, 3192 W. County Road 100 S., Franklin; arrested on a charge of battery with bodily injury and wanted on an out of county warrant; held without bond.</p><p>Roxxanna M. Higginbotham, 38, 1912 N.
