Schembra helps IU Southeast volleyball in five-game win streak

<p>IU Southeast sophomore <strong>Santina Schembra</strong> recorded three digs as the volleyball team won in three sets at Point Park. The Center Grove graduate added five digs and a service ace in a victory at Oakland City as the Grenadiers (9-6) closed out the regular season on a five-match winning streak.</p><p><strong>CENTER GROVE</strong></p><p>Sophomore guard <strong>Spencer Piercefield</strong> scored eight points to go along with two assists as Indiana Wesleyan’s men’s basketball team downed Oklahoma Wesleyan, 107-84.</p><p>Indiana senior defensive tackle <strong>Jovan Swann</strong> made two tackles in the Hoosiers’ 38-21 defeat of visiting Michigan.</p><p>Louisiana kicker <strong>Nate Snyder</strong> made both his point-after attempts and averaged 54.7 yards on his six kickoffs in a 27-20 victory against Arkansas State.</p><p><strong>GREENWOOD</strong></p><p>Point Park (Pennsylvania) outside hitter <strong>Camryn LaMonaca</strong> had two kills and six digs, but it wasn’t enough for her team to avoid a three-set loss to IU Southeast. Point Park responded with a three-set sweep of Carlow, with LaMonaca chipping in six kills and six digs.</p><p><strong>Maddy Moan</strong> made two saves in a reserve role for the Huntington women’s soccer team, which lost, 2-0, at Spring Arbor (Michigan) in the quarterfinals of the Crossroads League tournament.</p><p><strong>WHITELAND</strong></p><p>IU East sophomore guard <strong>Megan Harlow</strong> had 10 points, four rebounds and two assists in a 79-71 win over Goshen.</p>
