FRANKLIN
Mary Rose (Caudill) Dunn, 79, of Franklin, passed away on Friday, January 8, 2021 in Franklin, Indiana, to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Rose was born on December 19, 1941 in Viper, Kentucky to the late French Caudill, Sr. and Lilly (Bailey) Caudill. She married Leonard Dunn on November 18, 1961. He lovingly survives. Rose is also survived by her daughters Melissa Murch (Doug) of Richmond, VA, and Judy McDaniel (Greg) of Cincinnati, OH; beloved grandchildren, Sam Murch of Richmond, VA and Erin McDaniel of Cincinnati, OH, as well as brothers French (Maggie) Caudill, Jr. of Franklin, and Erman (Judy) Caudill, of Greenwood, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters Sally Dunn and Imogean Combs.
Rose graduated from Dilce Combs Memorial High School in Jeff, Kentucky. She and Leonard moved to Chicago in 1962, and settled in Franklin in 1967. She managed Justrite restaurant in Franklin for many years. Rose was also a member of the Youngs Creek Missionary Baptist Church. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Pastor Jerry Yaden will conduct a private family service on Monday, January 18, 2021 at Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home, 2898 North Morton Street, (U.S. 31 North) in Franklin
