Jack E. Hayworth, age 90, passed away Monday afternoon, January 18, 2021 at Homeview Health &amp; Rehabilitation Center in Franklin. He was a resident of Bargersville.
</p>
<p>
Jack was born January 29, 1930 in Indianapolis to his parents, the late Stephen F. and Katherine (Sims) Hayworth. He was a 1948 graduate of Helmsburg High School. Jack retired in 1991 from Ford Motor Company in Indianapolis, where he worked for over 30 years as an Assemble/Inspector.

Jack enjoyed working on cars, wood working and was a fan of old western movies and western books by Louis L’Amore. Jack also enjoyed traveling to Gatlinburg twice a year with his wife, Nancy. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
</p>
<p>
Jack is survived by his loving wife of 70 years, Nancy L. (Critser) Hayworth, whom he married on September 3, 1950 in Banta. He is also survived by his daughters, Sherry (Terry) Bayless and Cindy (Dale) Rebennack, both of Bargersville and Melissa (Rick) Horton of Greenfield; brothers, Max (Betty) Hayworth and David (Victoria) Hayworth, both of Morgantown; grandchildren, Kyle, Ryan, Seth and Keith Bayless, Amanda Fagan and Hannah Horton; great grandchildren, Oliver &amp; Theo Fagan, Colton &amp; Charlotte Bayless.
</p>

Jack was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Shannon Campbell; siblings, Barbara Hayworth, Donald ‘Termite’ Hayworth, Nancy Hayworth and Jerry Hayworth; and his beloved golden retriever, Rusty.
</p>
<p>
Jack was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses and belonged to the Franklin congregation. Jack held the same hope that the Apostle John spoke of at John 5:28, 29, "The hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his [Jesus’] voice and come out." Jack’s friends and family look forward to that time when they will see Jack again.

Elder Eric Rebennack will conduct a private family graveside service at Odd Fellows Cemetery. Funeral services have been entrusted to Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation &amp; Personalization Center in Morgantown. All attendees of the graveside service will be required to wear a mask at all times in an effort to promote a safe environment.
