Sheila K. (Bray) Snyder 58 of Franklin, IN passed away Friday January 29, 2021 at the Indiana Masonic Home at Compass Park in Franklin. She was born November 16, 1962 in Franklin, Indiana to Elbert and Elsie (Simmons) Bray. She married Russell "Rusty" Snyder November 16, 1985 in Franklin, IN, he survives. She was a 1981 graduate of Whiteland Community High School. She had been an production associate for the Daily Journal in Franklin for fifteen years and later ten years the The Republic in Columbus, IN. She was an avid doll collector. She loved listening to Kid Rock and riding along with her husband their Harley Davidson and her pets. Sheila also enjoyed collecting nick knacks and trinkets. Survivors include her husband Russell "Rusty" Snyder of Franklin, IN, her son Steven Snyder (Stacia) of Bargersville, IN, her mother Elsie (Simmons) Bray of Whiteland, IN, two granddaughters Kyla Snyder of Franklin, IN and Serena Snyder of Bargersville, IN, a brother Gary Bray of Tennessee, and her mother in law Carolyn (Medsker) Snyder of Shelbyville, IN. She was preceded in death by her father Elbert Bray, brother Ronald Bray, sister Joyce Bray and father in law Russell Snyder. The Reverend Larry McAdams will conduct a service on Tuesday February 2, 2021 at 1:30 P.M. at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center 300 South U.S. 31 (Morton Street) in Franklin, IN and will be live-streamed for family and friends to connect at <a href="http://www.swartzmortuary.com/obituary/sheila-bray">www.swartzmortuary.com/obituary/sheila-bray</a>. Friends may call Tuesday February 2, 2021 from 12 Noon till service time. Due to COVID-19 mandates, facial coverings, mask and social distancing is required for those attending.
