Danny Meagher, 71, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 due to COVID-19.
</p>
<p>
He was born on Friday, February 25, 1949 to the late Jesse O. and Rose Marie (Williams) Meagher in Scottsburg, Indiana.
</p>
<p>
Danny was a Funeral Director and Embalmer and was the first one to start independent embalming services, which he ran for many years. He was also a member of the Johnson County Coroner Services as a death investigator.
</p>
<p>
He was a loving husband of 40 years to Beverly (Hudson) Meagher; father to Evan Meagher of Indianapolis, Susan Meagher of Indianapolis, Michele (R.D.) Reed of Indianapolis; grandfather to Kyle George of Indianapolis, Kristopher George of Knoxville, TN, and Kaitlyn (Philip) Reynolds of Fishers.

He will be greatly missed.
</p>
