Governor orders flags to be flown at half-staff

INDIANAPOLIS – Gov. Eric Holcomb on Friday directed flags across the state to be flown at half-staff to honor former First Lady Susan Bayh.

The memorial for Bayh will be held at a later date when health conditions allow, so flags should be flown at half-staff in her honor from today until sunset on Thursday, according to a governor’s office news release.

Holcomb also asked businesses and residents to lower their flags to half-staff.
