Faulkner leads W. Carolina over UNC Greensboro 81-80

<p>GREENSBORO, N.C. &mdash; Mason Faulkner had a season-high 28 points as Western Carolina narrowly beat UNC Greensboro 81-80 on Wednesday night.</p>
