<p>WEST HARTFORD, Conn. &mdash; Austin Williams matched his career high with 29 points plus a career-high 15 rebounds as fourth-seeded Hartford got past ninth-seeded Binghamton 77-60 in their America East Conference tourney opener on Saturday.</p>
