Morton St., Franklin Police Department: A man reported at 11:54 a.m. Tuesday that he and his wife checked their status of their stimulus check and learned that the funds had already been deposited into a bank account they did not recognize and their tax return had also been deposited. </p><p><strong>Personal-injury accident</strong></p><p>2:39 p.m. Tuesday – U.S. 31 and School House Road. Shirley Knapp, 63, Franklin.
