Empower Johnson County will host a virtual town hall about learning how to help prevent underage drinking.
The free lunch-and-learn topic "Communities Talk to Prevent Underage Drinking" will start at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday with guest speaker James Engmark of the Johnson County Sheriff’s office.
Those who attend the event will learn about trends in underage drinking, get tips for talking about alcohol use in a productive way and more.
