Bruce Pembor Sr., 80, passed away on April 7, 2021 at home. Bruce was born on July 1, 1939 in Chicago, IL. His parents were Robert Pembor and Loraine (Lewis) Pembor. He worked as a manager in several places, most notably American President Lines. He was an Executive Manager of Container Equipment for 27 Asian Sea Ports. Based in Taiwan and Hong Kong. He loved sports, card clubs, bowling leagues, and being with family and friends. He was a volunteer Fireman in New Jersey. He attended Christian Chapel Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, infant sister Jacqueline, Half brothers Mark and John Pembor, his daughter Michelle (Pembor) Kirkpatrick and infant Granddaughter Cora Lorraine Kirkpatrick. He is survived by Sister Janine Cross, Sons Jeffrey Pembor, Bruce Jr.Pembor and Nathan Luzny. Grandchildren Wendy Pembor, Rachel, Mark and David Kirkpatrick. He married Paula Elaine (Cahill) Pembor on April 4, 1974. Services will be held at Crown Hill Funeral Home on Tuesday April 13, 2021 at 1pm, with visitation starting at 12pm. Pastor Larry Mc Adams (retired) from Christian Chapel Church officiating. Burial to follow at Crown Hill Cemetery. Memorials to Leukemia Foundation or ASPCA.
