INDIANAPOLIS, IN.
Robert Kent "Robbie" Stone II, 39, of Indianapolis, IN passed away Saturday May 1, 2021. He was born September 2, 1981 in Beech Grove, IN to Robert Kent Stone and Patty Jo (Henley) Stone, they preceded him in death.
He attended Mooresville High School. He had been a maintenance worker in Indianapolis, IN.
He enjoyed playing corn hole and placed second in the Holy Ghost Roast Cornhole Tournament in 2020.
He was an avid I.U. fan and Colts fan. He loved the Lord and spreading the word of God.
Survivors include his maternal grandmother Roxie (Henson) Henley of Franklin, IN, paternal grandmother Gay Stone of Wanamaker, IN, aunts Johanna Martindale (Vernon) of Franklin, IN, and Carolyn Poole (John) of Clay City, IN, uncles Benton Sammons (Rhonda) of Franklin, IN and Kevin Stone of Wanamaker, IN, half-brothers Kevin Stone of Norfolk, VA, Kenneth Garrison of Indianapolis, IN, Joseph Allen, half-sister Stephanie Stone of Norfolk, VA and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, maternal grandfather Don Henley, and paternal grandfather Jack Stone.
Anthony Thompson will conduct a service Friday, May 7, 2021 at 6PM at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 300 South U.S. 31 (Morton Street) in Franklin, IN and will be live-streamed for family and friends to connect at <a href="http://www.swartzmortuary.com/obituary/robert-stone">www.swartzmortuary.com/obituary/robert-stone</a>.
