Get a jump on summer gardening at a plant sale today in Trafalgar.
The Trafalgar Country Gardeners annual plant sale will run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Trafalgar United Methodist Church, 375 Pleasant St., Trafalgar, behind the Trafalgar library.
Starts of tomatoes, peppers and other vegetables will be available. Also for sale will be perennial plants such as hostas and daylilies. Free seeds will be given away while supplies last.
All plants are grown by garden club members.
The sale is the club’s only fundraiser, and proceeds help pay for public gardening programs.
