INDIANAPOLIS
LaDonna M. Kauffman, 90, Indianapolis, passed away Wednesday afternoon, May 26, 2021.
She was born June 9, 1930 to the late Russell and Eunice (Ramsey) Dailey. She graduated from Southport High School, and married the love of her life, Carl Kauffman, February 10, 1951. He preceded her in death October 11, 2012.
Surviving are her two sons, Russ Kauffman of Mooresville and Rick (Susanne) Kauffman of Bargersville; five grandchildren Amy Kauffman, Kimberly (Chris) Curry, Cari (Casey) Dahling, Jenni Wycoff and Matt Drury; eight great-grandchildren, Zack, Caitlin, Clay, Christian, Cameron, Caden, Ben, and Kelsey; one great-great grandchild, Carson, and special niece Elaine (Larry) Falconbury and her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and one brother, Charles (Verda) Allee.
LaDonna was a lifetime member of the Edgewood United Methodist Church.
She worked at Indiana Bell Telephone Company and Clinton Young Elementary School in the cafeteria.
LaDonna had been a member of the Southport Order of the Eastern Star.
Visitation will be from 11-1PM, Tuesday, June 1, at the Edgewood United Methodist Church, 1820 E. Epler Avenue, Indianapolis. Rev. Paul E. Wagner will officiate a funeral service at 1PM at the church.
