Trojans win tournament
Sam Hord led a balanced lineup with a 72 as Center Grove finished first by eight strokes in the Providence Invitational at Champions Pointe on Saturday. Luke Beetz and Brandon Heffner each carded a 73 for the Trojans, who totaled 292 as a team, while Sam Slaughter and Drew Rowen shot 74 apiece.

Woodmen 10th at regional meet
Greenwood finished its debut season with a 10th-place finish at the Bloomington North Regional on Saturday. Calveon Dulaney and Elaina Nuhfer won their respective flights in the long jump and shot put, respectively, for the Woodmen.
