GREENWOOD
Linda Catherine Cope, of Greenwood passed away on Friday, May 28, 2021. She was 73 years old. Linda was born in Indianapolis to the late Donald and Mary (Quirk) Day on February 17, 1948. Linda met the love of her life, Michael Cope while on a blind date, and were married on October 23rd, 1971. Together they owned and operated Vision II Design Studio. She volunteered at Crisis Pregnancy Center, and helped several young ladies overcome difficult situations. Linda attended Community Church of Greenwood, and was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, daughter and aunt. She was an avid animal lover; enjoyed taking road trips, and was very witty, kind and loved by everyone who knew her.
Linda is survived by her husband, Michael; daughters, Kimberly Ann Adams husband Alan, and Jennifer Joan Williams husband Frank; her son, Matthew Eric Cope; nine grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; brothers, John and Michael Day, and her loving cat, India.
Memorial services for Linda are Wednesday, June 2 at 6:00 PM with a memorial gathering from 4:00 PM until time of service at Community Church of Greenwood, 1477 W. Main St., Greenwood, Indiana 46142. Arrangements entrusted to Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory-Greenwood Chapel.
