Leadership Johnson County to host women’s retreat

Leadership Johnson County will host an event titled, “Women’s Retreat: Everyday Coaching” at 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Aug. 19 and 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Aug. 20.

The workshop will be held at the Johnson County Armory, 325 Minuteman Way, Franklin. Registration is required. Tickets are $199 per person for Leadership Johnson County Signature Program graduates, Franklin College alumni, Franklin and Indy Chamber of Commerce members, and Aspire members. General public pricing is $249 per person. Group discounts are available.

The idea behind the retreat is to learn skills to help women balance all the areas of their lives. Coaching at all levels can transform everyday conversations into powerful building blocks of positive organizational culture.

The retreat features five speakers who will present on enhancing relationships with a coaching mindset, coaching when change is stalled, freeing yourself from limiting beliefs, full-strength leadership, and bringing it full circle.

Evening networking activities will be held at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Franklin. The group rate for one overnight stay on Aug. 19 is $99. Registration includes lunch and dinner on Aug. 19 and lunch on Aug. 20.
