2125 N. Morton St., Walmart: A man reported at 11:29 a.m. Wednesday when he returned from shopping there was a large scratch and dent on the left quarter panel and door of his vehicle.
Theft
2122 Holiday Lane, Baymont Inn: A woman reported at 3:27 p.m. Wednesday that her wallet and prescription medication were left in a vehicle and once she returned to pick them up the items were missing.

610 block of Wooddale Terrace: Reported at 9:27 a.m. Wednesday that a fraud had occurred.
Identity Theft
2390 block of Galena Drive: Reported at 10:35 a.m. Wednesday that someone believes to be a victim of identity theft.

6:20 p.m. Tuesday – County Line Road and Madison Ave. Roger Warriner, 60, Indianapolis. Warriner reported having minor bleeding with injury to his elbow/lower arm.

Thefts
- 1281 S. Park Drive, La Quinta Inn: Reported at 6:59 a.m. Thursday the theft of a catalytic converter had occurred.
- 1615 E. Main St., Road Ranger: A woman reported at 5:09 p.m. Wednesday that one of her credit cards in her vehicle was stolen and then used in Indianapolis.
- 1400 block of Sandy Bay Drive: A man reported at 12:11 p.m. Wednesday that his catalytic converter was cut from his vehicle.
