Douglas and Linda (Smith) Zapp are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.
They were married on September 4, 1971 at Holy Name Catholic Church after meeting during their college years.
They are planning on celebrating their anniversary with their children and grandchildren on a short trip to southern Indiana.
Doug and Linda are both retired and enjoy going to all of their grandchildren’s sporting events and spending time with family.
The couple have two sons, David (Laura) Zapp, AJ (Nicole) Zapp and four grandchildren.
