INDIANAPOLIS
Nancy Ella (Kasting) Corsaro 79 of Indianapolis, IN passed away Friday, August 6, 2021 at Community Hospital South in Indianapolis, IN.
She was born November 23, 1941 in Seymour, IN to Lynn and Ruth (McCoy) Kasting.
She was a 1959 graduate of Franklin High School.
Nancy had been an administrative assistant for the Medicare & Medicaid accounting office at I.U. Health in Indianapolis.
She was a member of the Epsilon Sigma Alpha for the benefit of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Riley Hospital for Children.
She enjoyed shopping, dining out, flowers, gardening and was an avid I.U. basketball fan and followed college basketball and football.
Survivors include her daughter Lisa L. Corsaro Straw of Indianapolis, IN, her son John M. Corsaro of Indianapolis, IN, four grandchildren Francesca Paulina Straw of Indianapolis, IN, Maxx Paul Corsaro of Danville, IN, Madison E. Corsaro of Indianapolis, IN and Mason Corsaro of Indianapolis, IN and a great grandson Matthew Noah Stacey of Indianapolis, IN and cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Lynn and Ruth (McCoy) Kasting, a brother L. Mack Kasting on July 20, 2010 and a sister Georgia Deaton on October 27, 2017.
A service be conducted on Saturday August 21, 2021 at 10AM at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center 300 South U.S. 31 (Morton Street) in Franklin, IN and will be live-streamed for family and friends can connect at www.swartzmortuary.com/obituary/nancy-corsaro.
