200 block of Johnson Ave.: A woman reported at 1:26 p.m. Wednesday that her cell phone had been stolen over the weekend.

- 1930 block of Meyer St.: A woman reported at 2:17 p.m. Wednesday that someone hacked into her Apple account.
- 1500 block of Blue Grass Parkway: Reported at 9:13 a.m. Wednesday that a fraud had occurred.

10:07 p.m. Wednesday – State Road 135 N. and W. County Line Road. Amos Carnes, 28, W. Baden Springs. Carnes reported having pain and injury to his back. Ashlynn Matthew, 27, Bloomington. Matthew reported having pain and injury to her back. Child was transported to hospital for a check-up.
