London Rileigh Brooking, 19, 4243 Vinegar Hill Road, Bedford; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held on $500 bond.
Eric Bireley, 33, 6813 N. Baltimore Road, Monrovia; arrested on a charge of probation violation; held on $500 bond.
