Rosina M. (Jelase) Reese, age 93 of Franklin (formerly of Brown County) passed on Oct. 9th at her residence at the Christina Place in Franklin. She is survived by her husband, Joe. Arrangements are pending with Meredith-Clark Funeral Home, Morgantown.
