Wendy Diane (Barth) Servies, 56, of Indianapolis, IN passed away Friday, November 26, 2021.
Wendy was born August 15, 1965, in Columbus, OH to Philip W. Barth and Carol Diane (Hunt) Barth.
Wendy graduated from Center Grove High School in 1983 and continued her education at Butler University majoring in Communications and Radio/TV. While at Butler, she was the 1986 “500” Festival Queen. Wendy spent time in Disney World in Orlando, Florida as an MGM Movie Tour Guide. She was the Marketing & Business Development Manager at Colgate Oral Pharmaceuticals, On-Air Traffic Reporter at Metro Traffic, Morning Show Host at Gold 95.9, and Group Sales Manager for the Sheraton Hotel.
Wendy excelled in knitting, she enjoyed crafting, was an avid movie buff, and enjoyed spending time caring for her animals; however, her true pride and joy were her two sons, Max P. and Jack C. Servies, who survive.
Wendy is also survived by her father Philip W. Barth (Lucy), her sister Kimberly A. Kissel (Terry), nieces Carolyn E. and Eva D. Kissel, nephew Drew M. Kissel of Greenwood, and former spouse Tim Servies, Indianapolis.
Wendy was preceded in death by her loving mother Carol Diane (Hunt) Barth.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 P.M. Monday, December 6, 2021 at Mount Pleasant Christian Church, 381 N. Bluff Rd, Greenwood, IN, with the Reverend Chris Philbeck conducting a service starting at 7 P.M. Inurnment will take place at 11 A.M. on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at the Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood, IN.
