900 block of Greenwood Trail: Reported at 11:32 a.m. Wednesday that a fraud had occurred.
Hit and Run
997 E. County Line Road, Ale Emporium: A man reported at 7:44 p.m. Wednesday that someone hit his parked vehicle and left the area.
650 block of Commerce Parkway E. Drive: A man reported at 8:11 a.m. Wednesday that his vehicle was damaged overnight while parked at work.
Theft
330 block of Suncrest Drive: A woman reported at 8:51 p.m. Wednesday that someone stole her snowman flag.

Criminal Mischief
1220 block of Mount Pleasant E., Greenwood: A man reported at 4:06 p.m. Wednesday that a home health aide damaged a door frame and threw items around his residence.
Personal-injury accident
1:51 p.m. Wednesday – 2819 U.S. 31, Franklin. Trudy Turner, 65, Columbus. Turner reported having pain and injury to her entire body.

Haylee Raye Blackwell, 33, 1270 E. King St., Franklin; arrested on a charge of probation violation; held without bond.
Suzanne Marie Capar, 39, 3235 Sycamore Court, Columbus; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; released on $750 bond.
Jennifer Dale McAllister, 49, 908 W. Lakeview Drive, Nineveh; arrested on a charge of possession of methamphetamine; released on $1,000 bond.
Shawn Michael Darge, 24, 8739 S. Keystone Ave., Apt. 5, Indianapolis; arrested on charges of possession of a handgun without a license, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia and possession of paraphernalia; held on $5,300 bond.
