Shane Z. Curtis, 25, 4026 Knollwood Ave., Franklin; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held on $300 bond.
Eugenia L. Elsey, 43, 514 Buffalo Ridge Court, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of probation violation; released on $300 bond.
Kristy Kilmer, 41, 1009 Greenwood Springs Drive, Apt. 108, Greenwood; arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia; held on $2,200 bond.
