Jack Edward Hutchison

SHELBYVILLE

67, of Shelbyville, passed away on December 24, 2021. Jack was born to William Vearl and Stella Elizabeth Hutchison in Greenwood on August 21, 1954.

Jack was a tool and die operator for 15 years and worked for AM General Motors right after high school and was a meat cutter for various meat markets and in maintenance for Franklin College, part time farmer and worked for Builders Lumber for several years. He loved spending time with his family especially teaching them about how to survive and was an avid gardener. He had many friends and would help anyone.

He had two wonderful grandsons Seth and Logan who were very faithful to him helping him till his passing and three younger grandsons Landon, Keaynan, and Liam loved and cherished him, along with several nieces and nephews who loved him with all their hearts.

He was a good father, brother, uncle and friend to all.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother Joseph Hutchison.

Jack is survived by his Daughters; Jacqueline Hutchison and Courtney Hutchison, Sisters; Judy Blackburn, Rebecca Moore, and Sandra Wendell.

A visitation will be on Friday January 14th at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Home, 481 W. Main St., Greenwood, IN 46142 from 5 pm – 7pm. A celebration of life will immediately follow at 7pm.
