Shepherd heading back to Augusta

Center Grove graduate Erica Shepherd received an invitation to play in this year’s Augusta National Women’s Amateur, which will be held the week before The Masters in Georgia. Shepherd is one of just nine players who made the cut in each of the first two years of the tournament’s existence.

The first 36 holes will be played at Champions Retreat March 30-31. The entire field will play a practice round at Augusta National on April 1, with the top 30 returning to that legendary layout for the final round on April 2.
