2125 N. Morton St., Walmart: Loss prevention reported at 4:30 p.m. Thursday that a woman had taken 18 items from the store without paying for them.
180 block of Hurricane St.: A woman reported at 1:06 p.m. Thursday that someone had gotten into her unlocked vehicle and stole her purse.

887 E. Main St., Intown Suites: Reported at 2:10 p.m. Thursday that someone had poured paint on a vehicle.
Fraud
1250 block of E. Worthsville Road: A woman reported at 3:20 p.m. Wednesday that someone wrote a check for over $6,000 on her checking account without her permission.
40 block of Malat Drive: Reported at 2:18 p.m. Wednesday that a fraud had occurred.
Hit and Run
S. Emerson Ave. and Grassy Creek Lane: Reported at 5:31 p.m. Thursday that a hit and run had occurred.

248 Market Plaza, Greenwood Marble and Tile: Reported at 9:09 a.m. Thursday that a theft and criminal mischief had occurred.
1290 N. State Road 135, Walgreens: Reported at 4:14 p.m. Wednesday that a theft had occurred.
1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 2:18 p.m. Wednesday that a woman was arrested for theft.

10:05 p.m. Wednesday – E. Greensburg Road, Franklin
3:26 p.m. Wednesday – State Road 252 and U.S. 31, Amity. Darren Horton, 25, Indianapolis. Horton reported having minor bleeding with injury to his face.
