WHITELAND
Erica Christine French of Whiteland, Indiana, born January 2, 1985, departed this life on December 30, 2021, at the age of 36.
Erica grew up in Greenwood and graduated from Greenwood High School. She was active in sports in middle school and despite personal challenges, finished high school.
Erica enjoyed her family and rarely missed an opportunity to share times with them. She loved playing games, cooking, gardening, house plants and helping out any way she could. She was a strong woman who overcame the ugly parts of her life.
Even with failing health, she remained loving and consistently worried more for her family than herself.
She is survived by her family – mother, Theresa French of Greenwood, IN, daughter, Chloee Smith of Indianapolis, IN, son, Maxwell Plunkett of Plainfield, IN, brother, Jonathon French of Indianapolis, IN.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Erica at the Calvary Christian School, 3639 South Keystone Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46227, Saturday, January 29th from 2pm until 5pm.
Arrangements are entrusted to Jessen &Keller Funeral Homes ~ Whiteland Chapel.
