10 block of Paz Drive: A woman reported at 3:12 a.m. Thursday that her catalytic converter was removed from her vehicle.
1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 5:23 p.m. Wednesday that shoplifting has occurred.

Fraud
1090 block of Hospital Road, Franklin: Reported at 2:23 p.m. Wednesday that a fraud had occurred.
820 block of Berry Road, Greenwood: A man reported at 12:13 p.m. Wednesday that someone utilized his credit card through PayPal to purchase a new phone without his permission.

Isaiah Juan Hurrle, 22, 1141 Tree Top Lane, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of violation of community corrections; released on $500 bond.
William Russelle Dishman III, 29, 5502 Chisholm Trail, Indianapolis; arrested on warrants for failure to appear in court; held on $1,750 bond.
Jacob K. Lanham, 24, 2114 Winchester Drive, Apt. 7, Indianapolis; arrested on warrants for failure to appear in court; held on $836.95 bond.
