1550 block of Bauxite Lane: Reported at 10:38 a.m. Saturday that attempted fraudulent activity had occurred on their Walmart account.

1250 N. Emerson Ave., First Merchant Bank: Reported at 11:43 a.m. Saturday that a check presented to the bank was believed to be counterfeit.

1251 U.S. 31 N., Dick’s Sporting Goods: Reported at 4:27 p.m. Saturday that a theft had occurred.
1103 N. State Road 135, Garvins: Reported at 1:17 p.m. Saturday the theft of a catalytic converter had occurred.
1688 Meridian Oaks Drive, Verizon cell tower: Reported at 9:50 a.m. Friday the theft of a generator battery had occurred.

W. Fairview Road and N. Peterman Road, Greenwood: A man reported at 3:22 p.m. Saturday that he had slowed for another vehicle that had the right of way and then was hit from behind by a white vehicle that fled the scene.
